Can I have same day delivery?
Same day delivery is available on all local orders (Burnley, Nelson and Pendle) and orders for same day delivery in the rest of the UK and Ireland at £7.99. However, there is a cut off for this service at 2pm* i.e. we must receive the order by that time. If you have missed the cut off please call us on 01282 619916 and we will try our very best to organise your delivery that day although we cannot guarantee it. Please note that some designs within our Signature Range require 24 or 48 hours notice.
*For our peak periods of Christmas, Valentines, and Mothers Day cut off is 11am.
What time will my flowers be delivered?
As all orders are delivered during the working day, we are unable to guarantee delivery times on normal orders. Funerals are the exception when we will deliver at least one hour before the funeral time. However if you have a preference for am or pm delivery in the Burnley, Nelson and Pendle areas we will always endeavour to achieve this for you free of charge.

Delivery locations in UK and Ireland?
We are able to deliver same day, next day and future days through the Interflora network. However, some areas of Southern Ireland have limited coverage; please call us for details.
Delivery locations overseas?
Sending a gift to someone overseas is easy with Interflora whose expert florists use products specific to their local area, and with their own unique floristry style and beautiful presentation, to create a stunning gift that will delight the recipient. Given the complexities of dealing with different countries please ring us to discuss your requirements so that we ensure we deliver the very best gift on your behalf.
If the recipient is out when delivery is made what happens?
If the recipient is not at home when the florist calls we will leave your order safe with a neighbour or in a secure covered area or outbuilding and post a calling card to let the recipient know where the flowers have been left. If this is not possible a card will be posted asking the recipient to call and rearrange delivery.
What if the delivery is to a work address, a hospital, or hotel i.e. a third party delivery?
If your order is for delivery to a non residential address please try to provide as much information as possible. Please include the business name, department, hospital, ward, hotel room numbers etc. Also if possible please provide the recipient’s mobile phone number.

Sundays and Bank Holidays?
There is no delivery service on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Mothers' Day is the only Sunday on which we have a delivery service. Orders received for delivery on Sunday or Bank Holiday will automatically be processed for delivery on the next working day.
Can I track my delivery?
Unfortunately at the present time this is not possible online but if you have any concerns about safe arrival please contact us on 01282 619916.
Peak trading Days i.e. Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas?
During the above peak times the large volume of orders being processed through our system may affect our usual delivery patterns, cut off times etc. Specific details of any changes will be posted on our site during such times. Timed deliveries, except funerals, are not possible.
