We carry an excellent range of flowers and foliage's and our experienced, Chelsea Gold Medal Award winning staff are able to offer great advice, top quality service and unrivalled creativity. The temperature in our storage areas is closely controlled to make sure that all our stocks are maintained in  peak condition, guaranteeing that the recipient enjoys them at their very best for longer.

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery*. All orders are accompanied by our flower care guide.

Should you have any concerns with any aspect of your order or service, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

*Roses, Summer and Spring designated flowers will be guaranteed for a period of 5 days.
